This fruity and forward wine delivers fresh and juicy orange flavors, along with light touches of citrus peel and pith. It strikes the perfect balance between fruit, acidity and sugar and is best when slightly chilled. -Paul Gregutt, October 2017
High note aromatics of Narcissus blossoms (the scent of spring), Chamomile, Gala apple and honey are followed by flavors of lemon Chiffon pie, guava and apricot. The wine has steely verve and succulent mouthwatering flavors.
ABOUT OUR RIESLING
Our style of Riesling is not bone dry, yet the one percent residual sugar is balanced by relatively high acidity, creating the impression of a wine that finishes on the dry side.
Riesling is one of the world’s great and sometimes surprising wines in that is enjoyable in its youth and can stand the test of time. It is also adaptable to a wide variety of cuisine and may be enjoyed as an aperitif as well as being a partner to a main course.
